Kingdom and Authority

Kingdom and Authority

Reading: Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:11

Devotional:
Jesus will return the same way He departed—visibly, physically, gloriously. This promise of His return isn't permission to hesitate but urgency to accelerate. The future is secure, but the present demands response.

Kingdom isn't about territory; it's about authority—His lordship established in surrendered hearts, life by life, person by person. You stand under authority when you bow in submission and move in obedience.

God doesn't negotiate with His church; He commands. He doesn't need your questions answered before you obey; He needs your yes regardless of understanding. The in-between season is over. Proof has been given. Promises have been made. Power has been provided. The mandate stands clear.

This is your identity: witness. This is your mission: go. This is your power: the Holy Spirit. Stop standing still. The King reigns, and His kingdom advances through your movement.
